Although the vertical packaging machine is flexible and compact, the installation steps are simple, but during the installation process, you should also pay attention to the following points:

1. The machine should be installed in a place with flat ground and no violent vibration, (coffee bean packing machine factory)and avoid direct sunlight on the lens of the photoelectric switch to avoid malfunction. There should be a certain space around the machine for easy operation and maintenance.

2. The normal power supply of the machine is AC 3220V, 50/60Hz, 2.5kw, three-phase four-wire system (the neutral wire must be connected), and the power supply voltage cannot be lower than 90% of the standard voltage or 110% higher than the standard voltage. In areas where the fluctuation is too large or cannot meet the requirements of the machine, please order special transformers or AC voltage stabilizers to ensure the normal operation of the machine.

3. The neutral wire and the ground wire cannot be mixed. Please connect a ground wire in the power plug to the zero wire reliably, and the ground terminal in the electric box is reliably grounded to ensure the safety of the machine and personnel.

4. After the vertical packaging machine is powered on, first check the rotation direction of the motor, turn on the power and press the start switch. From the front of the machine, the conveyor belt should rotate counterclockwise. If the direction is not correct, turn off the power of the machine and re-adjust the phase sequence of the incoming line of the power supply.

5. Install the packaging film between the two paper stop rollers, put it on the film support, align the film roll with the former, and then tighten the handle, and pay attention to the front printing surface of the film ahead, can not make mistakes. After starting the machine, adjust the pressure according to the feeding situation to ensure normal film supply.
