1. No automatic belt feeding:
 1. Check whether the potentiometer sent to the length control is at the zero position. If it is, it will not be taken naturally and should be adjusted clockwise.
 2. Whether the method of seeing through the belt is correct. If it is not correct, please adjust it in time, please check the manual.
 3. Check whether the upper and lower extensions are clean. If we use it for a long time without cleaning it, resulting in stolen goods, it will affect the smoothness of the conveyor belt. It is recommended to clean it up in time after use.
 4. Check whether the gap between the belt rollers is correct, and adjust carefully, 0.05-1mm more than the thickness of the belt.
 5. Check whether the PP belt we selected before is too thick or too thin, and adjust the gap between the rollers of the feeding and returning belts.
 
Second, the strapping machine does not return the belt
 1. The non-returning belt may also be caused by foreign objects on and off the machine. Check it.
 2. Check whether the gap between our belts is too large. As mentioned above, the gap between the pulleys is 0.05-1mm more than the thickness of the belt.
 3. Check our machine, whether the rollers are worn, and whether the 635 bearing of the crossbar is broken.
 
3. The strapping machine does not automatically cut the tape
1. Check whether the machine is damaged, the middle knife bearing is broken or the middle knife is worn, the middle knife tube pin is broken, and the corresponding parts should be replaced in time.
2. Check whether our tying force is too tight, if so, just loosen it up.
3. Check whether the conveyor belt is too loose.
4. Check whether there is oil on the slipper or the strapping belt, and clean it up in time.
 
4. Continuous packing action
 1. LS1 failure, it may be that the contact of LS1 is not released, or there may be stolen goods between the contacts and the shrapnel.
 2. LS4 failure, delay, micro switch contacts are not released.
 3. It may be that the clutch clearance is too small, just add some gaskets.
