Preparation before operation of blister packaging machine:

1. Connect the compressed air, cooling water, power supply and grounding wire according to the requirements of each pipeline joint at the lower right side of the machine.​​
2. Check whether there are foreign objects between moving parts such as heating station, forming station, heat sealing station, wire line station and punching station to avoid damage to parts.​​
3. Check the operation panel and move the heating, feeding, scrap, compensation, cursor, blanking, oscillation and adjusting knobs to the off position.​​

6. Check the opening direction of the aluminum foil and plastic rollers. The operation is as follows: lift the tension roller on the left side of the aluminum foil or plastic roller upwards until the aluminum foil roller or plastic roller rotates. Observe that the direction of rotation should be the aluminum foil or plastic roller. The direction in which the belt is loosened is the correct direction, and if it is the opposite, the phase sequence of the total power supply should be changed.
