Main Features 1. Using intelligent PLC automatic control system, the machine can automatically complete
a series of processes such as box opening, box packing, and box sealing.
2. An optoelectronic system monitors all machine components and if a malfunction occurs
during operation, the machine automatically stops. 3.Automatically detect and reject out of stock boxes to reduce material waste. 4. If the stuff or specification lack, the paper box will stop feeding. 5.Performance is stable, touch screen setting parameters, the operation is easy and convenience.
Equipment function
The equipment integrates light, gas and electricity, and adopts PLC operation system, which can more effectively package and seal the whole line of products. The product is directly sleeved with heat shrinkage seal by filling and discharging. Then carry out labeling. After labeling, automatically lower the inner box, lower the instructions, and then pack and seal the outer box. The whole set of equipment is in an assembly line mode, which can better save manpower for the factory and improve workshop management. The equipment of the whole line is elegant and beautiful, and the design is more humanized.
